Deep Green data centres deliver free, reliable heat directly into district heating systems and other heat off-takers — no capex, no catch.

Our high-density, AI-ready data centres generate enormous amounts of heat. We capture up to 95% of it and supply it to your network - decarbonised, cost-free, and long-term.

How Deep Green enables district heating at scale
District heating is one of the most efficient and cost-effective paths to decarbonising heat — and Deep Green is accelerating its growth.
By supplying free, zero-carbon heat, our data centres help unlock more ambitious, scalable district energy networks.

Free zero carbon heat fed directly into your energy centre.

Unmatched temperatures of between 30-40C, higher than other waste heat sources

Improved efficiency of heat pumps with COPs of up to 6 when primed with waste heat from data centres.

Unlock CAPEX and OPEX to lower the cost of low heat and expand networks.

From in-fabric to containerised builds, we design our data centres to fit you.

Working in partnership, Deep Green invests in civils, planning, build and on-going maintenance, letting you focus on what matters most.

From a great idea to free heat
Step 1
Viability assessment
We survey your site for power, fibre, space, and heat demand to see if it is suitable for a Deep Green data centre. If it is, we'll give you a proposal outlining your expected heat energy savings.
Step 2
Planning and design
We design a decarbonised data centre to match your heat demand, and handle the related planning process, including investing in additional power connections if it's needed.
Step 3
Build and operation
We cover all the CAPEX and operational expenditure of the data centre. We'll need 24/7 access to the site and the ability to restrict access to authorised personnel only.
Step 4
Free heat
Once the data centre is operational, all the heat energy generated will be offered to you free of charge. If we produce more than you need, we'll use our back up cooling equipment.
